On the inside

Do you know how much it pains,
When you're not known by your name,
Do you know how much it pains,
when you're shadowed by someone else's fame?

I don't know how to find,
myself anymore,
You've left so much of you behind,
It's hard to ignore.

Everywhere I go,
There are a few,
who seem to to know,
all about you.

Everywhere I go,
There are a few,
who seem to to know,
I've become like you.

I know how much it pains,
When you're not known by your name,
I know how much it pains,
when you're shadowed by someone else's fame!

The pain,
It's cause I'm changing.
But that isn't much.
Not as painful,
As that day,
I'd wished had gone away,
and you were still there.
Cause I still hear the ringing,
The crying and the screaming,
That was not suppose to be there.

I don't want to bear it,
bear no pain no more,
So come back soon.
